Official rules

Pearl is open to anyone with a Clamly account whose email address has been verified. One entry per account and per mailbox, for the lifetime of the promotion. You must be 16 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Addresses carrying a +tag alias and addresses at disposable or temporary mail providers are not eligible. Deleting and re-creating an account does not restore an entry.

Press the spin button, confirm the email address on your Clamly account, accept these rules, and press continue. Entry is free and no purchase is required. The address you enter must match the one on your account: prizes are sent there.

The winning prize is chosen by the server, using a weighted random draw, before the wheel animation begins. Slices are drawn the same width for legibility, so the wheel is not a picture of the odds. Prizes are not equally likely, and the weights differ per prize.

Quantities are limited. When a prize reaches its limit or is withdrawn it stops being winnable and shows as unavailable on the wheel. Clamly may adjust weights, limits, or the prize list at any time; changes apply to entries made afterwards and never to a prize already awarded.

Merchandise prizes (Clamly sticker pack, Clamly merch) appear on the wheel but cannot be won at present, because shipping is not yet in place. They are switched on once it is. The wheel does not distinguish them visually, so this paragraph is the statement of record: while a prize is switched off, no entry can land on it.

Free-month prizes apply to Clamly Starter and are redeemed through Stripe Checkout, where the discount is applied automatically. A payment method is collected at checkout and the first charge occurs after the free period ends; you can cancel at any point before that at no cost. Percentage discounts are supplied as a code you enter at checkout yourself.

Your prize appears on screen immediately and is also emailed to the address on your account, so closing the page does not lose it. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. Free-month prizes cannot be combined with an existing paid subscription; contact support if you already subscribe.

Prizes remain claimable for 90 days from the date of the draw. Clamly may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

Entries created through automation, multiple accounts, alias addresses, or any attempt to manipulate the draw are void, and Clamly may withdraw a prize awarded to such an entry. Clamly records the entry, the accepted rules, and a pseudonymous fingerprint of the mailbox and network address for the sole purpose of preventing exactly that.

Your entry stores the email address on your account, the time you accepted these rules, whether you opted into promotional email, and hashed identifiers used for fraud prevention. Ticking the optional promotions box opts you into marketing email; leaving it unticked changes nothing about your existing preferences. You can change that choice at any time in Clamly settings, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

A claim record is retained after account deletion, without the contact address, so that a deleted account cannot be used to enter twice.
